Pickling

Pickling is a typical chemical treatment that aims to remove a very thin surface layer in order to make the product free of contamination such as oxides, grease and processing residues.

Anodic
Oxidation

Anodic Oxidation is an electro-chemical process by which a thin surface layer of Aluminum oxide, usually between 5 and 20 microns, is generated to increase corrosion protection. This layer can be provided neutral (i.e. Aluminum-colored) or colored.

Forgialluminio has been producing hot forgings in different hard aluminum alloys for more than 60 years. We are the partners of some of the most relevant Italian and international companies, providing complete support in the different stages of development of the forged component.
